Details of Incident:

Three other people an I were laying on the beach of lake Michigan at Newport state park watching the stars, as we were all from Milwaukee we weren't accustomed to see that many stars in the sky. One of them started moving and I just thought it was a jet. But it stopped, and it went in a different direction, and it stopped again. It changed direction once again and took off in a flash, as fast as I have ever seen anything move that fast.
