In the high desert country of so. Calif. In 1978 while returning from a late night dinner my buddy pointing at the windshild told me to look up and right. I did so,and recieved a big surprise in the way of a big UFO, the craft was traveling paralell to the road we were on. The machine was about 75 feet to the right,and 75-100 high. It was moving very slowly,and toward us. the craft was about 160 feet long. I have very good hearing ,and though my buddy couldn't hear any thing, i could hear a very low humming sound. I believe it was the first time that i saw blue lights on a flying machine. In the way of a discribe, the craft had a long retangular center section with port holes on the side i could see. The front and rear of the section had retangular boxes with angles, the rear box was slightly different than the front box.On the bottom front box were two large circular light's,and the rear had one large circular light, the light's formed a triangle. The center section had a simular light in the middle of the triangle. On the front of the craft were blue light's and either green or red light's. Im enclosing a crud drawing of the UFO, I mad every efford to record evey detail. We slowed down to a near crawl, i pleaded with Jack to stop ,but he'd have none of it. Looking at the light's comming from the port holes i half expected something to walk past, The light's on the bottom of the ship didn't shine downward. Thank you Joe N
