It was a clear, cool night, driving home from work approx. 11:30PM southbound lane of Taylor Dr., large wooded section on the right of my car. Object came from the left, or more southeast, it appeared suddenly, it hovered over my car so that I had to pull over to the curb and look upward to see it. The lights were very bright, lighting up the area around my car, making a lot of noise, a lot like an airplane or helicopter. I did not see any form of life or hear anyone speak to me. I remained in my car the entire time, my legs shaking too much to drive immediately, the object disappeared as quickly as it appeared, moving in a straight across fashion over the woods in a westerly direction. I went home, told my husband, but did not report this until this report.

Note: Witness was unsure of exact date, and added on the report form that this happened around the Luth. High Homecoming of 1988 or 1989.
