Details of Incident:

Driving on I-90 Exit at Highway 75, round object floating above trees. Drove up to object and observed it at less than 150 feet distance for 15 minutes. No sound, absolutely no movement (windy day) and no visible signs of support or propulsion. Object was silent and motionless, suspended in air approx. 20 foot in diameter and 75' up.
