Details of Incident:

 

A pair of Lights traveling north-northeast of of HWY LS

We were travelling to Cleveland Via County Hwy LS. We saw Two Lights gather in the north sky. The lights seemed to hover and move ever so slightly towards us. Then the lights took a right turn and veered over lake Michigan.
