Details of Incident:
We were sitting around a campfire and heard a lot of jets going over. The jets were so loud that we
had to shout to be heard. After listening to these jets for almost 20 minutes and wondering what
was going on, we noticed 3 large orangish lights, lined up vertically in the western sky. The
lights did not move and we could not hear if they made any sounds because of the jets going over
constantly. The lights stayed there for about 30-45 seconds and then just disappeared. Another
appeared a little below where the first 3 were. It remained only around 10 seconds. Then we saw
one more appear and disappear. After they disappeared we noticed that the jets were gone too.
UFO WisconsinNotes: The witness stated that the lights were evenly spaced in the sky and they did not extend
above the treetops from her viewpoint. She stated that if her hand was extended that the lights were
bigger than her thumb, close to the size of a golf ball. The witness also stated that the first set of
lights were in the western sky, the second lights were below and off to the right of the first lights,
and the third lights were at the top and to the right of the first lights.
