Details of Incident:

It was a cloudy, raining about 40%, stormy/loud cracking lightning/thunder kind of night and around 9:00 PM, a bright amber-orange ball type light appeared from behind the trees in the northwestern sky, headed South-Southeast. It was moving across the sky, about as fast as an ordinary plane moves. When I looked, I could see mostly an orange color in the light, then the light slowed down to almost a hover in the sky above the tree line, this light sometimes dimmed and then grew somewhat brighter. Behind this light, from the same Northwestern direction, came 5 more amber-orange lights, which also looked like balls. Size wise, hold your hand out as far as you can, fingers up and then look at your little fingernail, cut that into quarters and one of those quarters will be very close in size to what I thought I/we saw. They were all spaced out randomly, not in a straight line and no two were at the same height above the trees. A couple of the lights, the first, second and fourth started blinking, using a brighter whiter light than the orange color that they appeared in, but not all at the same time and they hovered into different positions, but all stayed the same distance away from the 100+ people viewing them. Then gradually, still hovering and maneuvering into different positions, they all gradually grew dimmer, but not together or in any succession. 5 of them got dimmer and then, gradually faded out. The last of the lights, at 50-60% light out of 100%, appeared to descend behind the tree line, Southeast of the Correctional Institute. No noises were heard. This happened over Long Lake, WI and lasted approximately 7-10 minutes.
