I was driving home from Door County heading south on 42. I seen a object moving in circles, back and forth lines, up and down, and and in a U shape over a farm. There where several cars pulled over looking at this. The Farm had no lights on. There was a house across the HWY that people where standing outside watching this thing. It had a blue, green and red light on it. The lights did not blink. I guess that the object was about the size of a car or little larger. IT was not right. IT was not a remote control air plane either. The object was moving back and forth over this barn and house from one side to another in a second. I pulled over and watched this object. This is what I seen after I puled over. It was zig zagging over the house and barn, then it shot straight up, then it went down in a U shape over this house and barn, then it shot back up to the center of the farm, and started to spin then it dropped about I guess a 100FT then it shot up and that was all I seen. I can pin point the location but i don't know the address of the house. IT was the first road north of the Two Creeks Nuclear Plant, If that had anything to do with it, I don't know. IT was on the east side of the road. IT happened at an intersection. There where 3 cars pulled over in front of me. 3 people standing out side watching across the street, I was pulled over and about 4 or 5 other cars pulled over too watching, so I wasn't the only person. I did not get any pictures because my camera was packed away. I do not know if any other person took a picture. I also filed a report with the County sheriff when i got home later that night.
