Details of Incident:
It was too hugh to be flying so low, It flew very slow, and made no
noise. It looked liked a double decker bus with 4 portholes on top and 4 on the
bottomI looked for an outline,but couldnt see any, suddenly little blue sphere
type lights ? ? seemed to hover around it , I managed to keep track of some of
them, as they flew in different directions. This happened on the border of
Sheboygan & Fondulac Counties.
