Source: UFO Wisconsin Report - Witness requested to remain anonymous

Details of Incident:

I was walking the dog, look to the north and saw a rectangle shape object with 3 green colored straight lines coming down at a 45 degree angle off the object. It was exteremly bright. It hovered over a house for 10 minutes then went down under it and bob back up again. It then moved off to the east and disappeared behind some trees. There was no flashing lights and didn't move at all like an airplane. I've seen the Northern Lights many times and knew it wasn't that. It wasn't fireworks or anything like that either. I just would like someone to know what I saw that night.
