Date: July 19, 2003 10:30AM
Location: Dundee
County: Fond du Lac

Source: UFO Wisconsin Report from Jim A.

Details of Incident:

Myself and another witness were talking to a woman at the time and standing on the shore of Long Lake looking west. The object appeared about 30 degrees above the horizon. It was about the size of a nickel held at arm's length (pretty big) very bright, and was visible for about 3 seconds before disappearing. After it was gone she looked at me and said "did you just see that?" so I'm glad I wasn't the only one. As big and bright as it was, we couldn't have missed it. I am sure it wasn't a star or a meteor. What it really was, I don't know.
