Details of Incident
:

It was a very quiet night.  The sun was just about setting.  I was outside of older brothers house.  I was sitting there and for some reason i just decided to look at the sky.  There looked to be a start object.  I kept looking at it.  It went in all sorts of directions left, right, circles, it did everything.  I knew it wasnt a plain or jet.  It went on for about 5 minutes.  Then the star object stopped.  It looked like it got brighter.  Then it shot towards the south and disappeared.  That was it.
