Details of Incident:
I was sitting on my deck when I saw what I thought was a plane at
first. It was moving very fast, coming from the west moving east. It was
bright with a blue flashing light. As it got closer I realized it was moving
EXTREMELY fast for a plane. As it passed over the light changed and I could see
a semi-circle of different colored lights. They were almost like chasing strobe
lights.
