Details of Incident:

I was driving back from Whitewater from Madison, last Sunday when I was exiting in the 163  ramp by the mcdonalds, and I saw 2 huge lights 200 ft to 300 ft aprox.  right below each other, too fart apart to be from telephone poles or anything like that, and besides there are'nt any poles in that area to be that high.  The blinking lights were bright enough to light up the whole sky, which was cloudy so it looked pretty cool.  they were bluish lights,  If you know the area, I could see the lights flashing all the way from highway N, which is probably a half a mile away from where I originally saw the lights.
