Details of Incident:

I was driving on south Hwy 41 on Sunday night, July 24th about 12 miles south of Fond du Lac. It was about 9 p.m., and looking southeast out of my windshield, I saw what looked like a pulsating star, brighten, move in what appeared to be a southwest direction for a short ways, stop, enlarge to twice it's size into extremely bright white light, then fall straight down for approximately 4 - 5 seconds. The object then disappeared completely.
