Details of Incident:
Red and Blue lights. Kept changing formation from circle to triangle. Ligths were pretty dim, kind of a neon-like light. Watched it travel south to north over northern Sheboygan until it got so dim we couldn't see it anymore. I was hoping someone else happened to see it.
