Details of Incident:

We were at a stop light at the intersection of 164 and Moreland Blvd in Waukesha. I happened to look up and thought I say a plane. After looking up into the sky for a few seconds I realized that this could not be a plane because I counted about 8 or 9 crafts all really close together. I cannot recall exactly the shape, but they were silver in color and all had strange cloud marks behind them, similar to a jet.
