Location of Incident: Howards Grove, Sheboygan County

Details of Incident:

A friend called and said to look in the west to see a bright star. I thought it was a star, but when i looked through my binoculars, i saw a variety of colors. first i saw white then yellow, then red and green. then after a while of wtching it, it started to move in a circular motion, then in a fast wavy line. i went inside and continued to talk to my friend about it. after 10 minutes, i came back outside and it was gone. my daughter did a research paper on UFOs. she said that i described it just like the people did in the books.
