Location of Incident: Two Rivers, Manitowoc

sightings report form by Holly K.
Details of Incident:
My daughter and myself observed a red and white flashing object in the sky
around 8 miles west of Two Rivers,in the night time sky. It stood out because of
the white rotating/ flashing lights around the red center. Since my mother was
driving, we were unable to notice any noise. It was first noticed south of Hwy.
310, approximately 8 miles West of the city of Two Rivers, but within the 8
minutes my daughter was able to view this object, it quickly moved to the
NorthWest at a high rate of speed, and was no longer visible, anywhere. I tried
to pull over to the side of the road to watch this object, but by the time I was
able to, it had disappeared, but I had caught a glimpse of it. This did not look
like a plane or helicopter, with the flashing of the lights. But it did move at
a high rate of speed out of the area, and I could not follow it with my eyes.
It's last direction was headed North East of Two Rivers.
