Date of Incident: September 21st, 2007
Time of Incident: 2200 hrs
Location of Incident:  Green Bay, Brown County
Source of Report: UFOWisconsin.com online sightings report form by Mike K.

Details of Incident:

It was observed on 2 seperate occasions. The light coming from it was so bright it could not have been a star and also the altitude was approximately 1000 ft or less.Size of object was hard to determine because of the light. It was not moving and I find it hard to believe know one else saw it. We are both trained observers and each of us saw it on 2 seperate occasions. We both have military training and my friend has police and psychology training. It was not an airplane or helicopter because the object stayed in place for at least 2 hrs and did not move, then it was gone. We are watching for future sightings and will reply at that time.
