Location of Incident: Bayfield, Bayfield County

sightings report form by Betty K.
Details of Incident:
There were 3 visible objects that were not stars. The closest
and brightest was in the east over Lake Superior. It changed directions from
horizontal to vertical it was brighter than a star and flashed blue red and
white. I was able to take a picture of it with a digital camera it was so
bright. When zooming in on it with my camera it appeared to be jumping around,
but maintained it's position in the sky. The object to the south was not as
bright and had blue and white flashing lights. This one appeared to be farther
away and at a higher elevation. I was able to take a picture of it as well but
it did not show up as well as the larger one. There was also one to the north,
this one was farther away than the one to the south and I was unable to take a
picture of it. I observed the objects for about an hour. I was unable to
continue because I had to leave town for a business trip. This is the second
time I have seen these objects. The first time was in Iron River and I reported
that sighting as well in greater detail.
