Details of Incident:

As I was examining a Red Tailed Hawk in on a hill towards the North East, an object making no noise appeared with a flash of green light. It hovered in the distance for approximately 7 seconds. It appeared to be taking images of the terrain below as it rotated in slow methodical cirlces. Then with another flash of green light it dissappeared.
