I was making deliveries for my work when I was heading back to the store in downtown Appleton driving west on Collage Ave when four strange, pretty bright for the night sky, orange lights caught my eye. When I saw them they were pretty high in the sky but not so high that I couldn't see them easily threw my front windshield, I couldn't stop looking at them so I quickly pulled off the road into a parking lot and got out of my car for a better look. the lights were semi slow moving but seemed faster then an airplane and stayed pretty close together but were kind of smoothly moving around each other kind of randomly. there was a group of four guys about to walk by and I decided to say something about it, I said "do you know what that is?" pointing up at the orange lights one of them just replied "no, we've been watching them for a while, they started out way down by the horizon and there were 6 of them before" the guys just kept on walking and didn't seem to be taking as much of an interest in the event as I was so I didn't attempt to bother them anymore. less then two minutes after the the guys walked by the orange lights started to fade away one by one (about 30 sec apart i would estimate) and they were all gone when they were almost overhead I watched in the area where they faded away and in the path that I estimated that they were taking for four or five minutes and saw nothing I decided that I better get back to work since I was clocked in. I told my coworkers about about it as soon as I got back and all of them just gave me weird looks for seemingly even mentioning something that I saw in the sky. I couldn't stop thinking about it all night and I needed to get it off my back so I came here, I admit that the orange lights may have been after burners on fighter jets but I don't know what that looks like at night and Iv never seen anything remotely like that threw countless hours of star gazing in my country home where the stars are hundreds of times more visible, I grew up by Madison WI. thanks for listen
