Date of Incident: November 17th, 2008
Time of Incident: 9:05
Location of Incident: Wisconsin Rapids, Wood County

Source of Report: UFOWisconsin.com online sightings report form by Isaac S.

Details of Incident:

I went to pick up my sister from drivers Ed. and on the way home I spotted 3 lights up in the air. I said Look and my sister saw the lights also. We were just pulling into the driveway when I saw them. It was down 32nd Street towards Mid state. The lights looked as if they were the color of a normal light bulb, however they were bright enough from the distance they were away. The lights light up and slowly faded in order of 1 2 3. Then it went black and it repeated the lights again but more westward then before. After 3 times of the lights going off it stopped. We both were amazed at what we had seen because we knew it couldn’t have been a plane.
