Wisconsin's Secret Military Installation

DOES WISCONSIN HAVE A SECRET MILITARY INSTALLATION LIKE AREA 51?
Since the late 1980s, I have been hearing wild theories and rumors that Wisconsin has a secret military base and that it is called, Area 8. Now I can't prove it's called Area 8. In the early 1990s, I read a magazine article about UFOs in Wisconsin and Area 8 was mention. So where is this Area 8 or so called secret base located?
A lot of theories have targeted around the Fort McCoy area down to the area of New Lisbon and locations west of that. I know John Hoppe of UFO Wisconsin had a pretty good idea, maybe he can add it here or note it after this submission.
Tunnel City not far from Fort McCoy on State Highway 21 is rumored to have secret tunnels that connect from Ft. McCoy to Volk Air National Guard Base to the so called Area 8. Is that why Tunnel City was given that name?
Another rumor that this secret installation might be located in the Baraboo Range along County Highway C or way south of North Freedom or northeast of Leland.
This story was told to me from my ex brother-in-law of someone he talked too back in 1996. That five people were camping on this hill or bluff one night and heard a noise in the distance, they went to investigate and to their surprise they saw in the short distance a above ground quonset with earth cover above, the sides were camouflaged. It was huge. There was a barbed wire fence with razors and guards walking around with M-16s wearing berets and K-9 guard dogs.
The Campers saw two black helicopters flying into this above ground quonset. They left the area and returned to investigate a week later or so and found the whole hill or bluff was fenced off and non-government "No Trespassing" signs posted.
How true this story is, I don't know but it would be worth a try to check out this area and according to flight navigation maps, I don't see a restricted area posted over this area. But it is an interesting story! True or a hoax?
Could this base be in Sheboygan County?
People go to Dundee Mountain located in Dundee (Fond Du Lac County) and hike this huge, round, conical hill at night looking into Sheboygan County seeing lights coming out of the woods and dancing in the sky. Is something being tested out there? No restricted air space is seen on flight navigation maps.
Volk ANGB has an interesting web page at http://www.volkfield.ang.af.mil/doc/flyarea.htm It shows the local flying area locations or air space and it happens to be where this secret base is rumored to be located.
Where ever this Area 8 or so called secret base is located, more investigation will have to be conducted. And anyone who has more information please submitted here to UFO Wisconsin. The truth is out there.

Thank you for coming. I know it is early and you are just waking up, but it is imperative that we talk once more.
It has come to my attention that there is a problem there you are dealing with that needs some work. Not enough people believe in UFOS. It is important that we work on it.
Last night you heard about a conference in Chili - you might get a copy of the announcement on the internet. It seems that 24 people at the conference were zapped from the room, like on Star Trek, right in front of others and now no one wants to believe it happened.
I assure you - IT DID!
Because this was done in Chili in a remote area, far from peering eyes in the United States and Great Britain, this feat will have to be done again in a more prominent place. We would like you to be there... if that is not possible, it will still happen, but you will participate anyway and we will zap you into the conference and zap you back out.
I see you think that will be fun. It will be quite shocking for some.
I bid you adieu with this thought - be aware and let people know we will do this again in some very shocking circumstances. It will occur in the United States so that the media will not be able to hide it. It will be great fun. Be alert for this. We shall be there!

Chile UFO Contact Was Predicted

According to several eyewitnesses in Chile, twenty-four people had an inter-dimensional travel experience during an international UFO congress. The event, which took place in the Cipreseses River National Reservoir, in Rancagua, Chile, was predicted by Peruvian ufologist Sixto Paz.
During a recent UFO expo in Chile, Paz announced that Chileans would soon have contact with extraterrestrials and said, "What is about to happen this month will resonate worldwide."
Chilean ufologist Camilo Valdivieso says that on Saturday night, March 29, many eyewitnesses saw lights in the sky. According to one, "they were as bright as giant light bulbs."
"These types of UFO sightings were announcing that something was going to happen," says Valdivieso. "During the days before the contact took place, the people involved in the teleportation were suddenly aware about the existence of the inter-dimensional gateway or Xendra. They somehow learned that through this door, they could establish contact with supposed extraterrestrial beings."
One eyewitness to the contact says, "It's like seeing a person disintegrate in front of your eyes." It's not known if the event was captured by video or photography.
Paz says that he and about 100 other eyewitnesses previously made contact with extraterrestrials. "We saw a ship that landed in front of our eyes, with beings standing at about 2 meters (6-1/2 feet) in height, wearing shiny body suits," says Paz.
UFOs have been seen almost nightly in Australia's Territory Outback during the past month. People claim to have seen colored lights in the sky, cigar-shaped and hat-like objects moving erratically, as well as triangular-shaped craft.
Lou Farkis says there were many sightings by workers on the Alice Springs to Darwin railway. "There are sightings here all the time.but in the last month it has been almost nightly. About five years ago we had a landing just (6 miles) west of here every night for 28 days in a row. One guy filmed it and a TV channel bought the film from him."
Farkis says another worker photographed a UFO while taking pictures of work at a nearby bridge. "When he got the photograph of a bridge girder developed in Darwin, there was an object, like a big, black ball, in the background," he says.
According to Farkis, an Alice Springs woman was driving home last month when she saw a light (18 miles) south of Wycliffe Well, just off the Stuart Highway. "She realized it was not the railway workers or the military and stopped," he says. "She told me she saw a triangular-shaped craft and then three silvery beings came out of it and walked towards her-it was then that she panicked and drove off."

Unique Looking Alien Intruder

Editor's Note: The alien in the following story does sound scary and this is the first time I've ever heard of an alien like this. Thanks for sharing the story.When I was a teenager living in oregon I had a scary experience that I will never forget about. My mom and step-dad went out. I heard a strange noise outside - heard a UFO coming down and saw strange lights outside on the ground. I saw a alien creature standing outside the front door looking at me. It had the face of an ape and chain across the chest area. The next day I went outside and they were impression in the ground where the UFO landed.

UFOs are Fallen Angels

Editor's Note: Another alien theory. Thanks Knight, and happy searching to you also.It is my opinion that alien and ufo phenomena is actually the fallen angels that were cast out of heaven. How so? The angels or demons had to have been placed in some physical form so as not to have the ability to travel from heaven to earth as is such with satan. They sat with God and have knowledge and abilities that man has no concept of and thus have such wisdom to create crafts or ships that we call flying saucers. For it is written that the fallen angels were cast into the abyss - space. They have no soul and this would to some degree explain the fascination for man and the constant reports of abductions and medical experimentations. It's more of a search for man and the KEY in which he or we possess than our search for extraterrestrial life which we all know exists beyond our reaches into space and human concept. Maybe some will agree, some will definitely think insanity, but it's just one mans theory or opinion.

Hieroglyphics on Roswell = Meaning

Editor's Note: Here's an intriguing set of observations that might explain the hieroglyphics that some have said existed on the craft that crashed in Roswell in 1947.You Do need an explanation of what is going and has been going on.
FIRST. Yes cloning has been going on since the 60's.
A. That is why the so called "EXTRA" Riot Squads [so called "POLICE" the ones accused of causing the Riots] are about the same age etc.
B. That is also why much of the Serial Killing [to get reproductive parts etc. to facilitate the "cloning" or growing of bodies for habitation].
SECOND, What better way to get a person to do precisely as they are told? If they are a mindless replica of the person in "Authority?" Who knows just what has happened or could happen?
THIRD, This was all just part of a GRAND AGENDA to stop what the UFO's (particularly Roswell) were trying to announce. The announcement was that it is time for Revelations 20: 1-3 to take place. Meaning that "their" head "advisor" the devil's time is up.
FOURTH, Replacements, etc., were needed not only to do the immoral, illegal acts for the Elite. But also to make the false data look real.
FIFTH, Some of this false data, was the mimic of end times. The "Disappearance" of the replicates was supposed to look like the "Rapture."
SIXTH, Any people in the way of fulfilling the elites AGENDA have already most likely been cloned if at all possible.
SEVENTH, My own children have been subjected to that.
EIGHTH, Attempt at replacing me has been made. But that is why my actions are purposed unique. God has seen to it not only that I have lived thru all the attempts on my life but also still able to do my job on Earth.
NO, people when some including Art Bell try to tell you that there was no writing or Hieroglyphics on Roswell Crashed Craft. They are the ones to be questioned. Not only were the writings there, but the translation of their meaning was "FEMALE WARRIORS PREPARED - [for the fulfillment of the ENIGMA] - FREEDOM."
(Of course the Technology the UFO's have to share is all part of the FREEDOM)
